Plant Care
Light Requirements: Bright, indirect light. A few hours of gentle morning sun is okay, but avoiding strong afternoon sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. Rotate the pot weekly so it grows evenly.
Water Requirements: Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. Water thoroughly, then let excess water drain away. Avoid keeping the soil constantly wet.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer once a month during spring and summer. Do not fertilize in winter.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix, such as regular indoor potting soil mixed with perlite or coarse sand. A pot with drainage holes is essential.
Temperature: Keep between 6-75 degrees. Protect from temperatures below 50 degrees and avoid cold drafts or hot air vents.
Pet Safety: Pet Safe!
