Plant Care

Light Requirements: Provide medium to bright, indirect light. Brighter filtered light helps maintain the colorful variegation. Avoid strong direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Water Requirements: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain completely. Avoid keeping the soil constantly soggy.

Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced houseplant fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer. Reduce feeding during fall and winter.

Soil: Use a light, chunky, well-draining aroid mix containing potting soil, orchid bark, and perlite.

Temperature: Prefers temperatures around 65–85°F. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below about 50°F.

Pet Safety: Toxic to cats and dogs if ingested.

Humidity: Prefers moderate to higher humidity but generally adapts well to average household conditions.

Growth Habit: A fast-growing trailing or climbing vine with heart-shaped leaves marked by unique lime-green and yellow variegation. It looks especially full and attractive when allowed to cascade from a hanging basket.
