Plant Care
Light Requirements: Provide bright light with several hours of direct or filtered sunlight each day. A bright sunny window is ideal.
Water Requirements: Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Water deeply but infrequently, allowing excess water to drain completely. Reduce watering during winter.
Fertilizer: Feed lightly once or twice during the active growing season. Avoid excessive fertilizer.
Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent soil mix.
Temperature: Prefers temperatures around 60–80°F. Protect from frost, freezing temperatures, and prolonged cold.
Pet Safety: Non-Toxic to cats and dogs.
Humidity: Average household humidity is suitable. High humidity is not necessary.
Growth Habit: A slow-growing succulent with a swollen, water-storing trunk and long, narrow leaves that arch gracefully from the top.
