Plant Care
Light Requirements: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the leaves. It can tolerate lower light but may grow more slowly.
Water Requirements: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top 1/2 - 1 inch of soil begins to dry. Marantas can be sensitive to tap water chemicals, so filtered or distilled water is ideal.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced, diluted houseplant fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during spring and summer. Reduce or stop feeding in fall and winter.
Soil: Use a moisture-retentive but well draining mix. A good combination is potting soil + coco coir/peat + perlite.
Temperature: Prefers 65-80 degrees. Keep away from cold drafts, heaters, and sudden temperature changes.
Pet Safety: Pet Safe!
