Plant Care

Light Requirements: Bright, indirect light. A few hours of gentle morning sun is fine, but avoid harsh afternoon sun. More light encourages flowering.

Water Requirements: Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. Hoyas prefer to dry out slightly between waterings. Reduce watering in winter.

Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer at half strength once a month during spring and summer. Don't fertilize much in winter.

Soil: Use a well-draining soil, airy mix. A blend of potting soil, orchid bark, and perlite works well. Hoyas don't like soggy soil.

Temperature: Ideally between 60-85 degrees. keep away from cold drafts and temperatures below 50 degrees.
