Plant Care
Light Requirements: Provide bright light with several hours of direct or filtered sunlight each day. Strong light helps bring out the plant's lavender-pink coloration.
Water Requirements: Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain completely. Avoid getting water trapped in the center of the rosette.
Fertilizer: Feed with a diluted succulent fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer. Reduce feeding during fall and winter.
Soil: Use a fast draining cactus or succulent soil mix.
Temperature: Prefers temperatures around 50–80°F. Protect from frost and prolonged freezing temperatures.
Pet Safety: Non-Toxic to cats and dogs.
Humidity: Average household humidity is suitable. Avoid excessive humidity.
Growth Habit: Forms a beautiful rosette of fleshy, powdery leaves in shades of lavender, gray, and pink. Mature plants may produce offsets and tall flower stalks.
