Plant Care
Light Requirements: Provide bright light with several hours of direct or filtered sunlight each day. A bright south- or west-facing window is ideal.
Water Requirements: Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain completely. Water sparingly during winter.
Fertilizer: Feed with a diluted succulent fertilizer once a month during spring and summer. Reduce or stop feeding during winter.
Soil: Use a fast draining cactus or succulent soil mix.
Temperature: Prefers temperatures around 60–80°F. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below about 50°F.
Pet Safety: Toxic if ingested, and the sap may irritate the skin. Keep away from cats, dogs, children, and other pets.
Humidity: Prefers relatively dry conditions and does not require high humidity.
Growth Habit: A trailing succulent with long, delicate stems covered in small spherical leaves resembling pearls. It is especially attractive when grown in a hanging basket.
