Light Requirements: Provide bright, indirect or filtered light. Avoid intense direct sunlight.

Water Requirements: Keep the central rosette cup filled with fresh water and refresh it regularly. Keep the potting mix lightly moist but well drained.

Fertilizer: Feed lightly with a diluted bromeliad fertilizer during spring and summer. Avoid placing concentrated fertilizer in the central cup.

Soil: Use a porous, well-draining bromeliad or orchid mix.

Temperature: Prefers temperatures around 65–80°F. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below about 50–60°F.

Pet Safety: Non-Toxic to cats and dogs.

Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity with good airflow.

Growth Habit: A compact, upright bromeliad with glossy green strap-like foliage and an eye-catching purple-toned flower bract.
