Plant Care
Light Requirements: Bright, indirect light is ideal. It tolerates medium light but grows slower. Avoid prolonged direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the leaves.
Water Requirements: Water only when the soil is completely dry, usually every 2-4 weeks depending on the season and indoor conditions. It is much more tolerant of underwatering vs overwatering.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength once a month during spring and summer. No fertilizer is needed in fall and winter.
Soil: Use a well draining potting mix, such as regular indoor potting soil mixed with perlite or cactus/succulent mix. Ensure the pot has drainage holes.
Temperature: Prefers 65-85 degrees. Keep away from cold drafts and temperatures below 45 degrees.
Pet Safety: Toxic
