Plant Care

Light Requirements: Bright, direct sunlight for 6-8 hours daily. Outdoors: full sun to partial shade. Indoors: place near a south or west facing window.

Water Requirements: Water only when the soil is completely dry. Typically every 2-3 weeks during spring/summer and every 3-4 weeks in winter. Avoid overwatering.

Fertilizer: Feed lightly with a balanced cactus/succulent fertilizer at half strength once every 1-2 months during spring and summer. No fertilizer in fall and winter.

Soil: Use a fast draining cactus or succulent mix. A mix containing potting soil, coarse sand, and perlite or pumice works well. Ensure the pot has drainage holes.

Temperature: 60-85 degrees is the ideal range. protect from frost and avoid temperatures below 40 degrees.
