Plant Care
Light Requirements: Provide bright light with several hours of direct or filtered sunlight each day. Gradually acclimate plants to stronger sunlight.
Water Requirements: Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Water thoroughly once dry and allow excess water to drain completely. Avoid frequent light watering.
Fertilizer: Feed with a diluted succulent fertilizer during spring and summer. Most succulents require little fertilizer.
Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent soil mix with excellent drainage.
Temperature: Most varieties prefer temperatures around 60–85°F. Protect from frost and freezing temperatures.
Pet Safety: Varies by plant. Identify the specific succulent variety before placing it within reach of pets.
Humidity: Average household humidity is generally suitable. Avoid excessively humid conditions.
Growth Habit: Assorted succulents may grow as compact rosettes, upright stems, trailing plants, or clumping forms.
