Plant Care
Light Requirements: Provide bright, indirect light indoors. Avoid harsh direct sunlight.
Water Requirements: Keep the soil moderately and consistently moist but not soggy. Allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced houseplant fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer. Reduce feeding during fall and winter.
Soil: Use a rich, moisture-retentive but well-draining houseplant or aroid mix.
Temperature: Prefers temperatures around 65–80°F. Protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
Pet Safety: Toxic to cats and dogs if ingested.
Humidity: Appreciates moderate humidity.
Growth Habit: A dense, compact, mounding plant with deeply divided, glossy green leaves. Unlike many climbing Philodendrons, Xanadu naturally grows outward and forms a broad, full shape.
